What is the Shipping Charge?
Our products come with Free Shipping. Please note that free shipment is only applicable for deliveries within India. Octroi if any would be collected by the courier agency. Octroi is a tax collected by the State Government for goods entering in the city limits.

How long will it take for me to get shipment?
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. We will make best efforts to get packages delivered within 2-5 days based on your location.
How do I track the delivery status?
Once your order is shipped, you will get a mail informing you of the courier company bringing your package and the AWB number. The package can be tracked online in the courier company's web site.
During what hours of the day can I expect delivery?
Deliveries are made during business hours 9am to 7pm.

Please also note that each shipment of items in an order requires an adult's signature upon delivery with some proof of identification.
In case of any change in delivery address, after the order has been placed the shipment shall be retained at the shipper's branch office for you to collect.
What happens if I am not at my delivery address at the time of delivery?
The courier will leave you a delivery card for you to contact them in order to re-arrange delivery.

Returns and Replacements
What if an item received is defective?
Kindly mail us or give us a call and speak to our customer care representative and obtain a Defect reference number (DRN) number. Return the defective item to us within 2 days of receipt and we will gladly replace it. Please put the DRN number on your package. Only packages having an DRN number are accepted.
Can I return the product if I am not happy with it?
Kindly give us a call if you are not satisfied with a product. We will make every effort to assist you on hearing your case. However, the acceptance of returns is at our discretion based on the dialogue we have with you.

If you paid by credit card we will put a credit back on to your account. If you paid by cheque / COD or Net Banking we will issue you a cheque.
